The site is a description of our services and a way to request a conversation. Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a binding offer to provide services at a stated price or timeline.

We may change, suspend, or stop offering any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful code, though we take reasonable care to keep it in working order.

Quote requests

Submitting the form is a request for us to consider your project. It does not create a contract. We may decline work that is not a fit, including for capacity, scope, industry, or budget reasons, without obligation to explain in detail.

Any range, timeline, or next step we mention in a reply is an estimate based on what you told us. A binding scope, fee, and schedule exist only when both parties accept a written proposal.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us.

Services and project agreements

Typical services include custom website design and development, redesigns, landing pages, e-commerce builds, and related care. Exact deliverables are defined in the proposal for that engagement.

Unless a proposal says otherwise:

• Fees, payment schedule, and revision rounds are those stated in the proposal.
• Work begins after the required deposit or first invoice is paid.
• Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and access from you. Delays on your side may move the launch date.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we proceed.
• We may use trusted specialists under our direction. You still have a single studio contact for the project.

Your materials

You are responsible for the accuracy of copy, images, product data, trademarks, and other materials you supply, and for having the rights to use them on the website we build. You grant us a license to use those materials solely to deliver the project.

We are not responsible for claims that arise from materials you provided or from business claims you ask us to publish (including pricing, testimonials, and regulatory statements).

Intellectual property

The design, copy, code, and branding of this marketing website belong to Quantum Dodge Studios or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as allowed by law (for example, fair dealing or fair use) or with our written permission.

For client projects, ownership of the final approved website assets is set out in the proposal. Typically, rights in the finished, paid-for deliverables transfer to you after full payment, while we retain rights in our tools, starter code, methods, and unused concepts. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission, or as the proposal allows.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to:

• Submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
• Interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading it
• Harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing

Third-party sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Dodge Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website or from a quote request.

For paid work, our total liability is limited as stated in the proposal and, if the proposal is silent, shall not exceed the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum Dodge Studios harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or materials you supply for a project, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the site after a revision, the new terms apply to that use.
